My name is Cynthia Massey Bradford, and I am the business proposer to the State of North Carolina for the nonprofit organization Brighter Onward Beliefs (BOB). Our goal is to reduce the profound disparities in the health outcomes of America’s ethnic minority populations while fostering alliances among the government, the public, the healthcare industry, and the community at large.

BOB will provide health care research, services, and humanitarian initiatives to promote lifesaving products and services. As “Linkage to Care” (LTC) facilitators, we will implement community engagement strategies, remedies, interventions, and information dissemination to address cancer uptake. Additionally, we aim to rapidly develop powerful analytical capabilities that will enable the identification of diagnostic disease targets, ultimately advancing health equity and treatment options.
